30-Day Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about buying from Midrising.

If you purchase one of our paid digital products and decide it isn’t for you, just email us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you.

No questions asked. No hoops to jump through.

You don’t need to explain why, complete a form or prove that you’ve used the product. Just email hello@midrising.com.au with the email address or order number used for your purchase.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Free digital resources

Our free resources don’t involve a purchase, so there is naturally no refund applicable. If you have trouble accessing a download, email us and we’ll help.

Australian Consumer Law

Our 30-day refund promise is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or exclude those rights. Consumer guarantees may entitle you to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where a product or service does not meet the guarantees required by law.
