Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of instant download access, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital product has been delivered.

Apparel (Made to Order)

Our apparel is made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partners.

As each item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Colour preference

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Apparel

If your apparel arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue

We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

For ready-made physical items (where offered), we accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided:

The item is unused
In original condition
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
