Digital Products

Midrising products and free resources are digital downloads. Nothing will be shipped to you physically.

After you complete your purchase or request a free resource, your download will usually be available immediately and you’ll receive an email with access to your file.

If you don’t see the email, please check your junk, spam or promotions folder.

If your download doesn’t arrive or you have any trouble accessing it, email hello@midrising.com.au and we’ll sort it out.

Delivery Issues

Occasionally, email providers, payment processing or technical issues can delay delivery.

If you haven’t received access to your purchase, contact us at hello@midrising.com.au with the email address you used at checkout and, if available, your order number.

We’ll help you get access as quickly as possible.
